This is an entry-level position that will focus on the delivery of external and internal communications within a global market. The second of two internal marketing positions, your main responsibilities will be to search the company’s intended audience in segmented international markets with a think global, act local approach.

This position reports directly the Software Development Manager and will assist with the maintenance and development of tools critical to daily company operations.
Candidate Skills and Abilities
The ONYX Technical Services Technician will be primarily responsible for phone and email support, testing and troubleshooting issues and following up with clients for clarification and resolution on submitted issues. You will interact with colleagues from every department of the company. You will be expected to become an expert on ONYX Products and their functionality as well as to expand your expertise in the wide-format printing industry.
