Continuity of service:
Due to the nature of our business, we are fortunate to be able to adapt quickly to work remotely without impacting day to day operations. Sales and support can be reached by phone or email and all product orders are being shipped as normal.
With the inability to travel, Onyx Graphics is offering a new series of educational webinars to help you maximize your ONYX investment. These free online trainings are delivered live from ONYX experts across the globe in bite-size segments focused on specific business needs. All current trainings are listed on the onyx website www.onyxgfx.com/training and more classes are being added weekly.
Our support center is open and fully operational. Though the impact of COVID-19 has adjusted our hours, we are taking incoming support calls, emails or other support requests. Please continue to utilize the benefits of your ONYX Advantage subscriptions to their full extent. Support hours for each region are as following:
