Latin American Sales/Support – came to ONYX with a prepress printing background. He was hired in 2003 to work in the profiling lab, he joined the customer support department in 2004. Since then he has become a valuable member of the training staff, providing the majority of on-site trainings in 2005. He has traveled all over the US as well as Asia and South America on multiple occasions to provide sales and support training.
